Overview

We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be a part of the Centralized Onboarding (COB) Team. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/pay rolled employees ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations. 

Responsibilities

On any given day, as an Onboarding Coordinator you will: 

  • Facilitate associate onboarding activities including:
    • Required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms
    • Client specifics documents
    • Pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed 
  • Execute daily follow-ups to associates
  • Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems
  • Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress

Role consists of 100% account administration

  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience
  • Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates
  • Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and steps into the associate’s shoes and show you care
  • Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping
  • Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to commute to our Westerville, OH office on a hybrid schedule. 
  • Ability to work Pacific Standard Hours (PST). 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
