• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Learn to conduct consultative conversations with hiring managers and position Atrium’s staffing solutions.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for contract and full-time opportunities.
• Match qualified talent with client needs and support the placement process through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales and recruiting activity in the CRM while working toward defined performance goals.
• Participate in structured training, coaching, and rotations across Atrium’s industry verticals.

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer-facing, or performance-driven roles; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience working toward goals, metrics, or competitive outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time-management skills.
• Competitive, resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable receiving feedback.

This role offers a base salary of $60,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential. 

Up to USD $60,000.00/Yr.
